App Installation and Update
1. Download: This software release will be available on IOS and Google Paly app stores. You can also download it through the Aoran official website. Please rest assured that our download link has undergone strict security testing to ensure the safety of your phone;
2. Installation: Download the OGene Android software package through the computer and transfer it to the phone for installation, or directly access the Aoran official website through the mobile browser and download the software package to the phone on the download installation package page;
3. Feedback: During use, if you encounter any problems or suggestions, please use the built-in feedback function of the APP or contact our customer service team for feedback. Your every opinion is our motivation for improvement.
First Installation Matters
1. OGene App will obtain the network, Bluetooth, microphone and notification permissions on the phone. Please enable the above permissions according to the software interface prompts during installation;
2. If you need to close some permissions, such as: OGene App access to mobile phone album permissions, microphone, etc., please find OGene App in the settings function of the mobile phone and close the permissions that need to be closed;
